The pans are equipped with a 3-layer Ilag Durit non-stick coating and therefore particularly suitable for low-fat preparation of food. They are also easy to clean, very robust and durable. Thanks to the Transtherm® universal base, the serving pan is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. Sauté pans have a higher rim due to the added liquid. The pan retains the heat very well, so that high temperature fluctuations can be prevented when the liquid is added.

Material: Cromargan 18/10 coated stainless steel. Ceramic non-stick coating (ILAG Durit). Low-fat, health-conscious frying without sticking. Heat-resistant up to 250 °C, oven-safe up to 180 °C.
The frying pan with lid can be used on all standard hob types: induction, gas, electric hobs, glass ceramic hobs. Thanks to the optimal heat distribution, nothing burns.
