Windshield Repair Kit, DIY Chip & Crack Fix, Resin, Syringe & Curing Film

A small rock chip can quickly turn into a bigger windshield problem. This windshield chip repair kit gives drivers a simple DIY way to treat minor auto glass damage early and help improve the visible appearance of chips and short cracks.

The kit includes 3ml clear repair resin in a protective black bottle, pressure syringe, repair base, 5 curing films, razor blade, 3 adhesive seals and a pin tool. The pull-and-push syringe method helps remove trapped air from the break, then presses resin into the damaged area. After curing under strong direct sunlight, excess resin can be scraped away for a smoother, clearer surface.

How to Use
1. Clean and dry the damaged area. Use the pin tool to remove loose glass fragments.
2. Place one adhesive seal around the chip and center the repair base over the damage.
3. Add clear repair resin into the base opening.
Insert the pressure syringe, pull up and hold for 5-10 minutes to help draw air out.
4. Push down and hold for 10-20 minutes to help press resin into the crack.
5. Remove the base, add a small drop of resin if needed, cover with curing film and press out bubbles.
6. Cure under strong direct sunlight for about 30 minutes, then remove the film and scrape away excess resin with the blade.

Best For
Bullseye chips, star breaks, half-moon chips, small pits, combination breaks, rock chips and short cracks on laminated automotive windshield glass.

Please Note
For best results, repair as soon as possible before dirt or water enters the break. Apply resin in shade, then cure in strong direct sunlight. This kit is designed for minor outer-layer windshield damage. It will not make every chip disappear completely and is not a replacement for professional repair when damage is large, deep, near the edge or in the driver’s direct line of sight.

INTENSIVE LIGHT CURING: Apply resin in the shade to avoid early curing. After filling the chip, cover it with curing film and expose it to strong direct sunlight for about 30 minutes. Weak sunlight, cloudy weather or cold conditions may require more time. UV curing is possible with a UV source, but UV lamp is not included
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS, FEWER SURPRISES: This windshield repair kit helps improve the appearance of small chips and may help slow further spreading when used early. It will not make every chip disappear completely and is not for shattered glass, inner-layer damage, large impact holes, long edge cracks or full windshield replacement.
