HOW TO USE:

1. Open the storage bag and take out the sleeping bag

2. Put the bag on the ground

3. Remove the zipper on the shoulder of the sleeping bag

4. Lie in a sleeping bag

5. Close the zipper and tighten the lanyard

6. Apply Velcro

7. Open the sleeping bag and unzip it from the inside

8. Fold the sleeping bag, roll it up and put it in the storage bag.

9. Tighten the straps on the outside of the bag by hand to make itcompact and compact

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:

1. One or two days before outdoor sports, fully unfold the sleeping bagto fully demonstrate its thermal insulation performance in the wild. Put thesleeping bag into the compression bag before departure.

2. When camping, if time permits, it will be easier to dry the sleepingbag outside, in a tent or in a dry, ventilated and sunny place in the morning,but avoid strong sunlight.

3. When storing, you can rotate the sleeping bag once to squeeze outmost of the air, then unfold the sleeping bag and put it into the compressionbag irregularly from the end.

4. The fabric of the sleeping bag is waterproof and tear-resistant, butif it rains heavily on the way, use a plastic bag to prevent moist air fromentering the sleeping bag.
