TWENTY 2.5 LB WEIGHTS: Evenly distributed velcro pockets on the front and back make it easy to add and remove ingots to gradually increase resistance. Comes with (20) 2.5 LB solid cast iron weights with round corners to prevent wear and tear on pockets.
