Made for cast iron and forged steel: The Petromax gas table developed in-house delivers heat directly to the point with a powerful 5 kW burner. The circular burner hidden under the cooking surface gives off the heat optimally and, above all, supports the ideal heat distribution and storage of the cast iron. All Petromax pans and Dutch Oven models from size ft3 can be used on the removable cookware tray. The combined control element with integrated piezo igniter opens the gas supply and, at the touch of a button, delivers the spark that unleashes the fire. At the same time, stepless heat regulation is possible by turning the switch. The integrated flame monitoring provides additional safety: If the fire accidentally goes out, the gas supply is automatically interrupted. The supplied 50 mb pressure regulator ensures a constant gas flow during operation and thus creates a particularly even flame pattern for smoke-free and spark-free cooking in the open air.
